Protection of Security. Interest: Make such payments and do such acts as the Bank, in its sole judgment, considers necessary and reasonable to protect its security interest or lien in the Collateral. The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Bank to pay, purchase, contest or compromise any encumbrance, lien or claim which the Bank, in its sole judgment, deems to be prior or superior to its security interest. Further, the Borrower hereby agrees to pay to the Bank, upon demand therefor, all reasonable expenses and expenditures (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with the foregoing.   • Successor Security of any particular Security means every Security issued after, and evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by, such particular Security; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Security authenticated and delivered under Section 3.7 in exchange for or in lieu of a mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen Security.
