HIPAA Security Rule as defined in 45 CFR Part 164, Subparts A and C;
HIPAA Security Rule means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services to protect the security of Electronic Protected Health Information, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR Part 160 and 45 CFR Part 164, Subpart A and Subpart C.
