Protein Product definition

Protein Product means any product for the prevention or treatment of any disease or disorder in humans and other animals which incorporates a protein or peptide (excluding peptides discovered through screening of Gene Targets) encoded by the full, partial or mutated RNA or DNA sequence corresponding to a Gene Target RNA or DNA sequence, in any dosage form for delivery by any route of administration.
Protein Product means a product that is, in whole or in part, composed of one or more proteins encoded by the growth factor gene GGF-2, or a fragment thereof, in whatever form including any mutants, analogues, homologues or derivative forms thereof, that is covered by a Valid Claim in the Patent Rights.
Protein Product means, with respect to one or more Licensed sparX Proteins, any product in finished form containing such Licensed sparX Protein(s), including any Combination Product incorporating such a product. For purposes of this definition, a Protein Product includes [***].

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."
