Protein Product means any product for the prevention or treatment of any disease or disorder in humans, in any dosage form or formulation for delivery by any route of administration, which is or comprises a protein or peptide encoded by the full, partial or mutated RNA or DNA sequence corresponding to a Gene Target RNA or DNA sequence, but excluding any therapeutic antibody.
