Growth Factor definition

Growth Factor or “GFy” shall mean the estimated yearly growth in offtakes of Natural Gas at the Distribution Network.
Growth Factor means the product of (a) the fraction, the numerator of which shall be the actual revenues of the Company less the Revenues Hurdle (as defined herein) for such year, and the denominator of which shall be the Targeted Revenues (as defined herein) less the Revenues Hurdle for such year, and (b) the Growth Weight (as defined herein).
Growth Factor means the percentage factor of 95.00%, as varied by the Distributor in accordance with clause 6.9.13;

  • Such number of RSUs shall vest based on the Company’s calculated Sales Growth Factor during the Performance Period as is determined by multiplying (i) the Target RSUs set forth in the Grant Notice, by (ii) 40%, by (iii) Sales Growth Achievement Percentage (as defined in the chart below) determined pursuant to the chart set forth below as of the Measurement Date.

  • The Guarantee Level for each Salary Cap Year thereafter during the term of this Agreement shall be calculated as follows: add twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) to the Guarantee Level for the immediately preceding Salary Cap Year, increase the total by the Growth Factor applicable to the Salary Cap Year for which the Guarantee Level is being calculated (as defined in Section 1(e) below), and subtract twelve thousand dollars ($12,000).

  • After application of the Growth Factor, the result shall be rounded to the nearest hundred dollars.

Growth Factor means the percentage increase or decrease that the administrator publishes for a property tax year in accordance with subsection (3)(b) of this section.

Growth Factor for any one calendar year shall mean the product of Distributor's minimum purchase obligation for the prior year and the total growth in the United States' retail topical analgesic market for such prior year as measured by Information Resources, Inc. ("IRI") or Nielson Rating Services ("Nielson") scanner data.
Growth Factor means a percentage determined by dividing the number of SHIP Insureds for a Policy Year by the number of SHIP Insureds for the preceding Policy Year less 100 percent.
