Provider Channels definition

Provider Channels means each of those pages of the YouTube Website that are dedicated to the Provider Content according to the categories and/or brands of content, such categories or brands to be updated, changed or rebranded by Provider from time to time, and whose look and feel may be customized by Provider using functionality provided in the YouTube Website templates. Provider Content on a Provider Channel, if offered to End Users, must be offered to End Users on a FVOD basis.
Provider Channels means those webpages, websites or other areas on YouTube where Provider Videos are displayed by or on behalf of Provider, and which are generally recognized as YouTube channels belonging to Provider.

Examples of Provider Channels in a sentence

  • In addition, Service Provider shall coordinate with Sprint to establish the Service Provider Channels on the MCD and shall further provide such development, testing and review functions as are reasonably necessary in connection with the launch of the Service Provider Channels.

  • In addition to the Service Provider Services already described in this Agreement, Service Provider will create the Service Provider Channels.

  • At the time of execution of this Fifth Amendment, Sprint intends to include the Service Provider Channels, “SprintTV” for lXRTT devices and 3 “SprintTV” tiers for EVDO devices, as an included component of a multi-media data service plan option available for purchase by Users of 3G Handsets.

  • In addition to any other promotional obligations set forth in this Agreement, Sprint may promote the Service Provider Channels prior to the Service Provider Channels Launch Date, provided that any and all such promotions shall be subject to Service Provider’s prior approval.

  • Service Provider and Sprint agree the Service Provider Channels must be approved by the parties in accordance with this Agreement prior to the Service Provider Channels Launch Date, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Related to Provider Channels

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Bidder/Channel Partner means an eligible entity/firm submitting the Bid in response to this RFP.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) means the provider of enhanced services, as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Primary Care Provider (PCP) means a health care professional who is contracted with BCBSAZ as a PCP and generally specializes in or focuses on the following practice areas: internal medicine, family practice, general practice, pediatrics or any other classification of provider approved as a PCP by BCBSAZ. Your benefit plan does not require you to have a PCP or to have a PCP authorize specialist referrals.

  • Provider Organization means a group practice, facility, or organization that is:

  • Service Drop means a cable that, by its design, capacity and relationship to other cables of the Company, can be reasonably considered to be for the sole purpose of connecting backbone of the Equipment to not more than one individual customer or building point of presence or property.

  • Provider panel means those providers with which a carrier contracts to provide health care services

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Police Service means the South African Police Service established by section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Provider Manuals are published on web-DENIS.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • ProviderOne or “P1” means the system commonly referred to as the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), and is the federally approved system used by the Washington Medicaid program to pay provider claims for goods and services authorized under the State Plan. The MMIS is certified by CMS and is the primary information system used by HCA to pay for health care.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.
