Provider Documents definition

Provider Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Provider in connection with the performance of the products and services being procured by the State, whether directly from Provider or through an authorized distributor or reseller, regardless of format, including any license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document,, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Provider Documents and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap” or other electronic version thereof.
