Provider of operator services means any common carrier that provides op- erator services or any other person de- termined by the Commission to be pro- viding operator services.[56 FR 18524, Apr. 23, 1991; 56 FR 25721, June5, 1991, as amended at 61 FR 14981, Apr. 4,1996; 63 FR 43041, Aug. 11, 1998; 67 FR 2820,Jan. 22, 2002] § 64.709 Informational tariffs.(a) Informational tariffs filed pursu- ant to 47 U.S.C. 226(h)(1)(A) shall con- tain specific rates expressed in dollars and cents for each interstate operator service of the carrier and shall also contain applicable per call aggregator surcharges or other per-call fees, if any, collected from consumers by, or on behalf of, the carrier.(b) Per call fees, if any, billed on be- half of aggregators or others, shall be specified in informational tariffs in dollars and cents.(c) In order to remove all doubt as to their proper application, all informa- tional tariffs must contain clear and explicit explanatory statements re- garding the rates, i.e., the tariffed price per unit of service, and the regulations governing the offering of service in that tariff.(d) Informational tariffs shall be ac- companied by a cover letter, addressed to the Secretary of the Commission, explaining the purpose of the filing.

Provider of operator services means any telecommunications service provider, telecommunications carrier, or public utility that provides operator services, or any other person determined by the Commission to be providing operator services.

  • Operator Services provides for:

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Local Services means those services, facilities or things which are under the jurisdiction of the municipality and are related to a plan of subdivision or within the area to which the plan relates in respect of the lands under Sections 41, 51 or 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 19990, Chap. P.13, as amended, or any successor thereof;

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) is the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
