A leave of absence without pay shall be granted upon request to any employee who has been elected or selected to a full-time office or position in the Union, in the Union’s Provincial Association or in any other body in which the Union maintains membership or affiliate status.
On request of the Association, the elected Provincial President or a member of the Board of Directors of the Provincial Association shall be granted leave of absence without loss of accrued benefits and seniority for the purpose of holding office in the Association.
The Provincial Joint Conference Board will be composed of Representatives of the Provincial Association of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Inc.
The dues shall be forwarded to the Treasurer of the Provincial Association with a list of employees for whom the deductions were made.
