Provincial Office definition

Provincial Office means an FSRDC office established in provinces of the Recipient”.

• Such deductions shall be forwarded to the Provincial Office of the United Nurses of Alberta, or its authorized representative, not later than the 15th day of the month following and shall be accompanied by a list of those Employees from whom deductions have been made specifying the amounts of union dues deducted and Gross Earnings of each Employee.

• Those dues shall be remitted to the Union’s Provincial Office, or other authorized representative, by the 15th day of the next month.

• At the same time, the Employer shall provide the Union's Provincial Office with a list of all employees hired, and all employees who have left the employ of the Employer (who shall be designated as terminated and shall include discharges, resignations, retirements and deaths) in the previous month along with a list of all employees in the bargaining unit and their employee status and the amount of dues or equivalent monies currently being deducted for each employee.

• Dues and assessments deducted in accordance with this Article shall be forwarded to the General Secretary at ETFO Provincial Office on or before the 15th of the month following the month in which the fees were deducted.

• Employees, who are elected to Federal or Provincial Office, and, who are required to be absent from work because of their elected duties, shall, upon written application to the Employer, be granted sufficient time on leave of absence to comply with their duties.
