Provisional Readiness Certificate definition

Provisional Readiness Certificate means the Readiness Certificate issued by Independent Consultant pending completion of the Punch List items in accordance with Article 5.6 (c).
Provisional Readiness Certificate means the certificate that may be issued by the Authority pending completion of the Punch List items in accordance with Article15.5.
