sentence means the sanction or combination of sanctions imposed by the sentencing court on an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to an offense.
Burdensome Restrictions means any consensual encumbrance or restriction of the type described in clause (a) or (b) of Section 6.08.
Paragraph means a portion of this Decree identified by an Arabic numeral;
Clause means a clause of this Agreement;
Basic Agreement Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Limitations means any limitations of the exclusive right to the use of a trade mark given by the registration of a person as proprietor thereof, including limitations of that right as to mode of use, as to use in relation to goods to be sold or otherwise traded in in any place within Zambia or as to use in relation to goods to be exported to any market outside Zambia;
subclause means subclause of the Clause in which the term is used;
Set the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans of a single Tranche, the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Eurodollar Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).
Clauses means these contractual clauses, which are a free-standing document that does not incorporate commercial business terms established by the parties under separate commercial arrangements. The details of the transfer (as well as the personal data covered) are specified in Annex B, which forms an integral part of the clauses.
Exclusions means that certain things are deliberately not covered in a particular policy type
Section 510(b) Claim means any Claim arising from: (a) rescission of a purchase or sale of a security of the Debtors or an Affiliate of the Debtors; (b) purchase or sale of such a security; or (c) reimbursement or contribution allowed under section 502 of the Bankruptcy Code on account of such a Claim.
Section 510(b) Claims means any Claim or Interest against a Debtor subject to subordination under section 510(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, whether by operation of law or contract.
Exceptions means the conditions set out in Standard Licence Condition 14A.3 of our Licences, which are: (i) if your previous supplier has prevented
Negative Covenants means any negative or similar restrictive covenant (including, without limitation, under Article 7) made by the Borrowers in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document.
Subsection means subsection of the section in which the term is used;
SOFR Early Opt-in means the Administrative Agent and the Borrower have elected to replace LIBOR pursuant to (1) an Early Opt-in Election and (2) Section 3.03(c)(i) and paragraph (1) of the definition of “Benchmark Replacement”.
Definition means a provision of this Law (however expressed) that —
provisions means "provisions, terms, agreements, covenants and/or conditions"; (iii) "lien" shall mean "lien, charge, encumbrance, title retention agreement, pledge, security interest, mortgage and/or deed of trust"; (iv) "obligation" shall mean "obligation, duty, agreement, liability, covenant and/or condition"; (v) "any of the Leased Premises" shall mean "the Leased Premises or any part thereof or interest therein"; (vi) "any of the Land" shall mean "the Land or any part thereof or interest therein"; (vii) "any of the Improvements" shall mean "the Improvements or any part thereof or interest therein"; (viii) "any of the Equipment" shall mean "the Equipment or any part thereof or interest therein"; and (ix) "any of the Adjoining Property" shall mean "the Adjoining Property or any part thereof or interest therein".
Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.
Transfer Provisions means the provisions of Section 00-00-000 of the FILOT Act, as amended or supplemented from time to time, concerning, among other things, the necessity of obtaining County consent to certain transfers. Any reference to any agreement or document in this Article I or otherwise in this Fee Agreement shall include any and all amendments, supplements, addenda, and modifications to such agreement or document.
