Public Company Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Public Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to Public Company or any of its Subsidiaries by any individual or entity other than Public Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
