Public Constituency definition

Public Constituency means a public constituency of the Trust as defined in Annex 1;
Public Constituency means an area specified as an area for a public constituency pursuant to paragraph 7 / annex 1 of the Constitution
Public Constituency means the constituency of the Trust constituted in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Constitution;

  • Public Constituency Area 6 – the rest of England is defined as those areas not served by public constituency areas 1 – 5.

  • Public Constituency Area 5 – rest of North Yorkshire and York is defined as those areas not served by public constituency areas 1 – 3.

  • The Trust may not be dissolved except by order of the Secretary of State, in accordance with the 2006 Act as amended by the 2012 Act.ANNEX 1 – THE PUBLIC CONSTITUENCY(Paragraphs 6.1 and 6.3) The Public Constituency consists of the Local Government electoral wards specified in the table below.

Public Constituency means the constituency of the Trust constituted in accordance with paragraph 7.1;
