PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS definition

PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS means an urgent situation in which the health status of an area within the TERRITORY is adversely affected. PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS includes localized outbreaks of an infectious disease or a potential outbreak of an infectious disease that has a reasonable possibility of occurring and that poses a significant threat to a community or region in the TERRITORY. PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS shall also mean those circumstances in which third party national testing laboratories (as used in Sections 2.8 and 2.9 above) seek LICENSED THIRD PARTY SERVICES from LICENSEE because of regulatory issues affecting such third party national testing laboratory.
