Public Placement definition

Public Placement means the placement of a child with a disability in a facility with an approved facility school or another out-of-home placement by a court or public agency.

More Definitions of Public Placement

Public Placement has the meaning set forth in paragraph (k) of Clause Third of this Agreement.
