Public Trees definition

Public Trees means all Street Trees and all other Trees located on Public Property.
Public Trees means any tree or shrub located in any park, public right-of-way, trail, or other public space.
Public Trees means all shade and ornamental trees now or hereafter growing on a tree lawn or any public place where otherwise indicated.

More Definitions of Public Trees

Public Trees means a tree located in a place or area under ownership or control of the City, including but without limitation streets, parkways, open space, parkland and City-owned property under the operational control of another entity by virtue of a lease, license, operating or other agreement.
