Public Utilities Commission definition

Public Utilities Commission or “PUC” refers to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado or other state agency succeeding to the regulatory powers of the Public Utilities Commission.

Public Utilities Commission means the Public Utilities Commission of the State created pursuant to Chapter 39-1 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, as amended from time to time;
