Published work definition

Published work means any tangible medium of expression, including, but not limited to, literary, pictorial, graphic and sculptural matter; sound recordings; and software.
Published work means a literary, dramatic or artistic work protected by copyright in Canada, of which copies have been made available to the public with the consent or acquiescence of the copyright owner. A Musical Work is not a Published Work for the purposes of this agreement.

Published work means a work which, with the express authorisation of the copyright owner and depending on the nature of the work, is reproduced and made available to the public in such copies as to satisfy its reasonable requirements;
