PUCT Regulations definition

PUCT Regulations means the regulations, including proposed or temporary regulations, promulgated under the Utilities Code.
PUCT Regulations means any regulations, rules, orders or directives promulgated, issued or adopted by the PUCT.

  • The Servicer shall take all reasonable actions available under PUCT Regulations to obtain timely information from ERCOT (or, if such information is not available from ERCOT, directly from the Applicable MDMA) which is necessary for the Servicer to fulfill its obligations under the Servicing Agreement.

  • If such charges are not separately identified, the Servicer shall provide, and unless prohibited by applicable PUCT Regulations, shall cause each Applicable REP to provide, Customers with the annual notice required by Section 4.01(c)(iii)(B) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • The Servicer shall be allowed to use the proceeds from any Excess Remittance to reimburse any Applicable REPs for the excess of their remittances over actual TC Payments received by such REPs in accordance with the terms of PUCT Regulations.
