PUD Unit definition

PUD Unit. A single family residential property within a PUD.
PUD Unit. A single family property within a PUD.
PUD Unit means a residential unit within a real estate development of separately owned lots with contiguous or noncontiguous areas or facilities usually owned by an owners' association in which the owners of the lots have a stock or membership interest, title to the real estate under the dwelling units being held by the association, and membership in the owners' association may not be severed from the ownership of individual units.

  • Where a Mortgaged Property is a Condominium Unit or PUD Unit and is not individually covered by a Flood Insurance policy in accordance with the provisions of Section 15.4 hereof, the Servicer must verify that a Flood Insurance policy which provides blanket coverage for the individual units in the Condominium Project or PUD, is maintained at all times on Mortgaged Property that are in a special flood hazard area identified by the Secretary of HUD or the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

  • The name of the insured stated under each Insurance Policy required pursuant to the provisions of this Article must be similar in form and substance to the following: "Association of Owners of the [Name of Condominium Project or PUD] for use and benefit of the individual Condominium or PUD Unit owners" (designated by name, if required).

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.
