Puerto Rico Grant definition

Puerto Rico Grant means the Grant of Tax Exemption to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Company, LLC by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, dated December 23, 2009, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(i).
Puerto Rico Grant shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24 hereof.
