Pump Control Panel definition

Pump Control Panel means the panel that houses the pump controls and usually the alarm system. The Pump Control Panel is generally mounted on the side of the home in close proximity to the Grinder Pump Chamber.

  • Change of Control Purchase Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.1.

  • Administrator/Benchmark Event means, in relation to any Benchmark, the occurrence of a Benchmark Modification or Cessation Event, a Non-Approval Event, a Rejection Event or a Suspension/Withdrawal Event all as determined by the Issuer.
