Purchase Device definition

Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of DCI for the automated Purchase of Goods, including but not limited to the payment of toll road charges;
Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of WEX;
Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of WP for the automated Purchase of Goods, including but not limited to the payment of toll road charges;

  • Portable Device means any computing device with a small form factor, designed to be transported from place to place. Portable devices are primarily battery powered devices with base computing resources in the form of a processor, memory, storage, and network access. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.

  • Combined Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).
