Purchase Device definition
Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of DCI for the automated Purchase of Goods, including but not limited to the payment of toll road charges;
Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of WEX;
Purchase Device means an on-board unit provided to Customer by or on behalf of WP for the automated Purchase of Goods, including but not limited to the payment of toll road charges;
Examples of Purchase Device in a sentence
If the malfunctioning Purchase Device cannot be repaired or the Customer does not approve the quote, PISG will return the Malfunctioning Device to the Customer and the Customer may, at its discretion, purchase from PISG a Device to replace the malfunctioning Device.
