Purchase Equipment Charge definition

Purchase Equipment Charge means the monthly charge for the Purchase Equipment as specified in your Application and as varied in accordance with this SFOA, including any residual amounts owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term (such amounts which must be paid by you before ownership transfers to you, in accordance with this SFOA). Related Body Corporate has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Purchase Equipment Charge means the monthly charge for the Purchase Equipment as specified in your Application and as varied in accordance with this SFOA, including any residual amounts owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term.

Examples of Purchase Equipment Charge in a sentence

  • If the Services Agreement is terminated you must continue paying the Purchase Equipment Charge at the same charges specified in your Application, in accordance with the terms of this SFOA, for the remainder of the Fixed Term.

  • If the Services Agreement is terminated in, you must continue paying the Purchase Equipment Charge (which may be included as part of the Minimum Monthly Spend), at the same charges specified in your Application, in accordance with the terms of this Part D, for the remainder of the Minimum Term.

  • I hereby give my child permission to participate in all camp sponsored activities & trips, which may include by school bus, walking, or public transportation.

Related to Purchase Equipment Charge

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;

  • Initial Receivables means any Receivable conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Receivables Purchase Price means $1,661,936,432.71.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Sale and Servicing Agreement Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.

  • 60-Day Delinquent Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all Receivables (other than Repurchased Receivables and Defaulted Receivables) that are sixty (60) or more days delinquent as of such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Collection Period, as of the last day of the Collection Period immediately preceding such date), as determined in accordance with the Servicer’s Customary Servicing Practices.
