Purchase Equipment Charge definition

Purchase Equipment Charge means the monthly charge for the Purchase Equipment as specified in your Application and as varied in accordance with this SFOA, including any residual amounts owing to us at the expiry of the Minimum Term (such amounts which must be paid by you before ownership transfers to you, in accordance with this SFOA). Related Body Corporate has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Corporations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth).

Examples of Purchase Equipment Charge in a sentence

  • If the Services Agreement is terminated in, you must continue paying the Purchase Equipment Charge (which may be included as part of the Minimum Monthly Spend), at the same charges specified in your Application, in accordance with the terms of this Part D, for the remainder of the Minimum Term.

  • If the Services Agreement is terminated you must continue paying the Purchase Equipment Charge at the same charges specified in your Application, in accordance with the terms of this SFOA, for the remainder of the Fixed Term.

Related to Purchase Equipment Charge

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Mortgage Loan Purchase Price The price, calculated as set forth in Section 10.01, to be paid in connection with the repurchase of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 10.01.
