Purchased Services Payments definition

Purchased Services Payments shall be equal to the percentage (%) (set forth in Schedule 1 of this Agreement) of the "Net Technical Component Collections" for the applicable period relating to each Procedure performed using the Equipment and/or any other equipment or devices at the Site during the Term of this Agreement.
Purchased Services Payments shall be equal to the applicable percentage of the “Technical Component Collectionsrelating to each Procedure as set forth in Exhibit 8 attached hereto performed using the Equipment, any Additional XX Xxxxxxx Unit and/or any other equipment or devices during the Term of this Agreement.

Examples of Purchased Services Payments in a sentence

  • Based thereon, the Parties believe that the Purchased Services Payments represent fair market value for the use of the Equipment, and the other services provided hereunder.

  • As used herein, "Net Cash Flow" shall mean, for the applicable period, (a) the aggregate Purchased Services Payments actually received by JGKE during such period, minus the sum of the aggregate debt service on the Equipment during such period.

Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. New York ISO or NYISO: “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • Sublicense Revenue means any payments or other consideration that CTI actually receives from a Sublicensee as consideration for the grant of a Sublicense, including, without limitation, milestone payments, license fees, license maintenance fees and equity. Sublicense Revenue excludes (i) purchases of equity or debt of TGTX, (ii) payments made for GTX’s performance of any research, Development, or Commercialization of any Licensed Product, (iii) (b) royalties on Net Sales (or, in the case of a profit sharing deal structure, shares of net profits) which are covered in Section 5.9, and (iv) any payment or reimbursement of any costs or expenses incurred by TGTX for filing, prosecution, maintenance, or defense of any DFCI Patents.   • Sales Taxes means any sales, use, consumption, goods and services, value added or similar tax, duty or charge imposed pursuant to Applicable Law.
