Purchased Share definition

Purchased Share means Shares issued to Participants under Section 7(f) of the Plan.

Purchased Share has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof;

Purchased Share and “Purchased Shares” have the meaning ascribed to them in Recital D hereof; the particulars of the registered and beneficial ownership of such Purchased Shares being set forth in Schedule “A” which is attached hereto;

Examples of Purchased Share in a sentence

• The Purchaser agrees to pay the Purchase Price set forth in the Summary of Stock Purchase for each Purchased Share.

• The aggregate purchase price for the Purchased Shares (the "Share Purchase Price") will consist of the payment of an amount of cash, equal to $30.10 per Purchased Share, as set forth on Schedule I.

• The purchase price per Purchased Share (the “Per Share Purchase Price”) shall be US$29.25.

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Company hereby agrees to issue and sell to each Purchaser and each Purchaser hereby agrees, severally and not jointly, to purchase from the Company, its respective Purchased Shares, and each Purchaser agrees, severally and not jointly, to pay the Company the Common Share Price for each Purchased Share.

More Definitions of Purchased Share

Purchased Share means all the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Corporation, which is represented by the Vendor to be one Common Share;

Purchased Share means one Ordinary Share of the BVI Holdco, with no par value, held by the Seller, representing 100% of the issued share of the BVI Holdco.
