Purchaser Leasing Costs definition

Purchaser Leasing Costs has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.4(e).
Purchaser Leasing Costs means any brokerage and leasing commissions (in an amount not to exceed $17,000), tenant improvement costs and other costs and expenses in connection with the lease with “CytoSport” (as defined below). If Purchaser has approved any extension, renewal or expansion of any existing Lease exercised or entered into from and after the Effective Date in accordance with Section 7.2.3, then the parties shall agree to prorate any cost or expense incurred in connection with such extension, renewal or expansion at the time of such approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall be solely responsible for any attorneys’ fees incurred by Seller in connection with the execution of the CytoSport Lease.
Purchaser Leasing Costs has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.4(e). “Purchaser Persons” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.2(e).

Examples of Purchaser Leasing Costs in a sentence

  • If at the Closing Seller has paid any Purchaser Leasing Costs, the prorations at the Closing shall include an appropriate credit to Seller.

  • Remediation Costs means the cost of any action taken to reduce the concentration of contaminants on, in or under the Eligible Property to permit a record of site condition to be filed in the Environmental Site Registry under section 168.4 of the Environmental Protection Act and the cost of complying with any certificate of property use issued under section 168.6 of the Environmental Protection Act, as further specified in the CIP.

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees Any commercially reasonable treasury management fees, banking fees, title insurance and/or other insurance commissions and fees, title agency fees, and appraisal review fees received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates in connection with any services performed by such party with respect to any Serviced Loan or REO Property, in each case, in accordance with Article III of this Agreement.

  • Excluded Expenses means an amount a claimant pays for insurance offered under a health benefit plan for a taxable year if:
