• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the release in this Section 7.12(b) shall not release the Purchaser Released Parties or limit any potential remedies of the Sellers with respect to (i) Fraud, (ii) the rights and obligations of any Person set forth in or arising under any provision of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, and (iii) any claims that cannot be released as a matter of Law.
