Examples of Purchaser Subsidiaries in a sentence

The Parent is the direct or indirect owner of all of the issued and outstanding securities of each of the Purchaser Subsidiaries.
Other than the Purchaser Subsidiaries, there are no direct or indirect subsidiaries of the Parent within the meaning of National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions that are individually material.
