Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Statement of SEN means a statement made under section 324 of the Education Act 1996.

"Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.
Registered apprenticeship program means an apprenticeship program which is registered with and approved by the United States Department of Labor and which provides each trainee with combined classroom and on-the-job training in an occupation recognized as an apprenticeable trade and meets the program standards of enrollment and graduation under 29 C.F.R. s.29.6.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
catering establishment means a restaurant, canteen, club, public house, school, hospital or similar establishment (including a vehicle or a fixed or mobile stall) where, in the course of a business, food is prepared for delivery to the ultimate consumer and is ready for consumption without further preparation;

Vocational education means organized educational programs that are directly related to the preparation of individuals for paid or unpaid employment or for additional preparation for a career requiring other than a baccalaureate or advanced degree.
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Retirement system means a retirement plan or system that is established by or pursuant to title 38.
