QR Network definition

QR Network means QR Network Pty Ltd, a corporation incorporated under the Government Owned Corporations Xxx 0000, its successors and assigns;
QR Network means QR Network Pty Ltd ACN 132 181 116;
QR Network. The party specified in Item 1 of the Reference Schedule (“End User”)

Examples of QR Network in a sentence

  • A certificate signed by any duly authorised officer of QR Network as to a matter or as to a sum payable to QR Network in connection with this Agreement is prima facie evidence of the matter stated in it or the sum payable.

  • Nothing in a Schedule shall be varied in any way except by the issue of a replacement Schedule by QR Network in accordance with this Clause.

  • The order of that queue will initially be determined based upon the time when QR Network received each Access Application such that, for example, the Access Application received by QR Network at the earliest time is first in the queue and the Access Application received next by QR Network is second in the queue, and so on.

  • Nothing in this Undertaking can require QR Network or any other party to an existing Access Agreement to vary a term or provision of that agreement.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Roaming means cellular communications services (e.g., voice, video, data) received from a visited network when unable to connect to the facilities of the home network either because signal coverage is too weak or because traffic is too high.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
