The Executive Pension payable to a Participant at the Participant's Annuity Start Date shall be equal to the Participant's Total Benefit determined under Section 3.2 below, reduced by the Participant's Qualified Pension Benefit.
An Employee who is or was an Executive shall be eligible for a Regular Basic Benefit if the Participant is eligible for a Qualified Pension Benefit.
