Qualified prescriber definition

Qualified prescriber means a practitioner or other staff following the instruction of a practitioner as defined in Iowa Code section 155A.3 and a physician assistant or advanced registered nurse practitioner operating under the prescribing authority granted in Iowa Code section 147.107.
Qualified prescriber means a person who is a prescriber within the meaning given in regulation 3 of the GMS Regulations or, as the case may be, regulation 3 of the PMS Regulations; and
Qualified prescriber means an optometrist, ophthalmologist or other legally qualified medical practitioner qualified to issue a prescription;

The medical review and direction included in an assisted outpatient treatment plan shall be provided under the supervision of a psychiatrist.

  • prescribed amount means $10 000 or such other amount as may be prescribed;
