Qualified Service Company definition

Qualified Service Company means a person with a record of established projects or a person with demonstrated technical, operational, financial, and managerial capabilities to design and carry out operating cost-savings measures and other similar building improvements.
Qualified Service Company means a firm or corporation engaged in the business of construction, installation, maintenance or repair of elevators, escalators or other devices subject to the provisions of this chapter to which a license to conduct such business has been issued by the administrator of the division of occupational safety.
