PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. It is a condition of this Agreement of Employment you sign a Performance Contract, whose purpose is to:
a. Specify accountabilities;
b. State objectives and targets established for the Employee;
c. Monitor & Measure performance
d. Establish a transparent & accountable working relationship
e. Give effect to the Company’s commitment to a performance-orientated relationship with its Employees reporting to the Company in attaining equitable and improved service delivery.
f. At the beginning of the year you shall be discuss and agree with the Managing Director your Performance Targets.

PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. The County acknowledges that this Agreement meets the requirements for the distribution of Mental Health Act Services funding in a Performance Contract as required in Chapter 2 of the Welfare Institutions Code beginning with Section 5650 and agrees to comply with the provisions in Section 5650 - 5667 et seq.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. 34.1 The performance contract process shall be conducted according to the terms of the Performance Management Process.
34.2 Employees disagreeing with their Performance Contract may refer it to the Grievance Procedure.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. The FY2019 and FY2020 performance contract term will be extended effective July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. The CSBs should complete the areas marked in red and obtain the necessary signatures. Electronic signatures are acceptable. The CSBs must scan and email the signed copy back to the Department through the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx email box. OMS (Office of Management Services) will have the Commissioner to sign and email a fully executed copy back to the CSBs. In addition, during this timeframe, the Department will be actively working internally and collaborating with the VACSB to determine next steps prior to the end of the extension period.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT. On Stage Theaters, Inc. shall have executed and delivered to Country Tonite Theatre, L.L.C. the Performance Contract.
PERFORMANCE CONTRACT.
15.1 The core railway and the KVR will enter into a Performance Contract wherein the terms and conditions of issues like; car and locomotive availability, interchange times and locations, the provision of wrecking equipment, employees on Company business, relief, etc. shall be specified. The parties shall not unilaterally change any of the terms and conditions agreed upon.
15.2 The Performance Contract will include key performance indicators which if not met will result in penalties being assessed to either party.
15.3 Initiatives advanced by the core railway/KVR which have an adverse effect on the performance and viability of the core railway/KVR will result in the review/renegotiation of the core railway/KVR Performance Contract. In the event of a dispute between these two parties, the matter will be resolved by the core railway/KVR Advisory Board. If a resolution is not achieved, the issue will be advanced to third party arbitration as mutually agreed between the parties.

The Service Delivery Standards are operationalized through the PMS at all levels. The PMS is a systematic process for improving performance by developing the individual performance of staff and teams to enhance productivity, develop competencies, increase job satisfaction and achieve the full potential of all staff in the Service. It aims at having in place a predictable, effective and efficient system for planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance of LGS employees. The Performance Contract is a key mechanism in the implementation of the PMS as it will enable employees and the Service agree to, and be committed to the achievement of set objectives and targets in service delivery within a given timeframe.
