Qualified supplier list means a list of prospective qualified suppliers submitted by a qualified
Qualified supplier list means a list of prequalified suppliers established as a result of a public prequalification process to be used for purposes of undertaking one or more future Invitational Competitive Processes for predetermined Goods or Services.
Qualified supplier list means a list of prospective qualified suppliers submitted by a qualified manufacturer to the Secretary no less frequently than annually.

  • Significant Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(b).

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Major Supplier means a supplier which has the ability to materially affect the terms of participation (having regard to price and supply) in the relevant market for basic telecommunications services as a result of:

  • Medical equipment supplier means any person, as defined in § 1-230, engaged in the delivery to the ultimate consumer, pursuant to the lawful order of a practitioner, of hypodermic syringes and needles, medicinal oxygen, Schedule VI controlled devices, those Schedule VI controlled substances with no medicinal properties that are used for the operation and cleaning of medical equipment, solutions for peritoneal dialysis, and sterile water or saline for irrigation.

  • Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;
