Qualifying Syndicated Loan definition

Qualifying Syndicated Loan means any Loan designated by the Borrower as such in the Loan List.

More Definitions of Qualifying Syndicated Loan

Qualifying Syndicated Loan means any Loan designated by the Borrower as such in the Loan List. “Quarterly Valuation Reports” is defined in Section 7.11.

Related to Qualifying Syndicated Loan

  • UK Qualifying Lender means a Lender which is beneficially entitled to interest payable to that Lender in respect of an advance under a Loan Document and is:

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
