Quarterly Asset Amount definition

Quarterly Asset Amount means, for any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the Daily Average Collateral Obligation Commitment Amount for such Payment Date and (ii) the daily average balance of cash on deposit in the Principal Collection Subaccount for the Collection Period related to such Payment Date.
Quarterly Asset Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Net Outstanding Portfolio Collateral Balance on the first day of the related Due Period or, in the case of the first Due Period, on the Closing Date.
Quarterly Asset Amount means, with respect to any Quarterly Distribution Date, the Net Outstanding Portfolio Collateral Balance on the first day of the related Due Period or, in the case of the first Due Period, on the Closing Date. For the purpose of calculating the Senior Collateral Management Fee and the Subordinated Collateral Management Fee, the Quarterly Asset Amount will be calculated as if the principal balance of each Interest Only Security were equal to the Aggregate Amortized Cost thereof.
