Quarterly Collection Period definition

Quarterly Collection Period. As defined in Section 3.03 hereof.
Quarterly Collection Period means each period commencing on and including the first day of a Quarterly Fiscal Period and ending on but excluding the first day of the immediately following Quarterly Fiscal Period. The first Quarterly Collection Period will be from the Cut-Off Date to and including June 28, 2015.
Quarterly Collection Period means, with respect to any applicable Payment Date or Determination Date, the most recently completed fiscal quarter immediately preceding the date on which such Payment Date or Determination Date, as applicable, occurs.

  • On the Quarterly Calculation Date with respect to any Quarterly Collection Period, the Issuer shall furnish, or cause the Manager to furnish, to the Trustee (with a copy to each of the Control Party and the Back-Up Manager) written notice of any Scheduled Principal Payments Deficiency Event with respect to any Class or Series of Notes that occurred with respect to such Quarterly Collection Period (any such notice, a “Scheduled Principal Payments Deficiency Notice”).


More Definitions of Quarterly Collection Period

Quarterly Collection Period means each period as set forth on Schedule II to this Annex A, commencing with the period from and including the Closing Date to and including March 25, 2012.
Quarterly Collection Period means each period commencing on and including the first day of a Quarterly Fiscal Period and ending on but excluding the first day of the immediately following Quarterly Fiscal Period, except that the first Quarterly Collection Period will commence on and include the Closing Date, and end on December 25, 2021.
Quarterly Collection Period. With respect to any Calculation Date, the calendar month of such Calculation Date and the two (2) calendar months immediately prior to such related calendar month.

Quarterly Collection Period means (i) in the case of the initial Quarterly Collection Period, the period from the Initial Closing Date to and including October 13, 2018 and (ii) for each Quarterly Collection Period thereafter, the period from the 14th calendar day of the current fiscal quarter to and including the 13th calendar day of the immediately following calendar quarter.
