Quarterly Dividend Rate definition

Quarterly Dividend Rate means, in relation to any Dividend Payment Date, one-quarter of seventy percent (70%) of the Average Prime Rate for the three calendar months ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month during which such Dividend Payment Date falls.
Quarterly Dividend Rate means, in respect of any Dividend Payment Date, 1.25%; and
Quarterly Dividend Rate means five percent (5.00%).

  • Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on each February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 and ending on the day before the following Dividend Payment Date.
