Quarterly Valuation definition

Quarterly Valuation. Any quarterly valuation of Financed Properties made in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2(a).
Quarterly Valuation has the meaning given in Section 10.4(a).
Quarterly Valuation means as set forth in Section 6.21.

Examples of Quarterly Valuation in a sentence

  • The Fund shall also deliver a MTP Basic Maintenance Report to Moody’s (if Moody’s is then rating the shares of MTP) as of any Quarterly Valuation Date, in each case on or before the third Business Day after such day.

  • The Trust will also deliver an APS Basic Maintenance Report to the Auction Agent and S&P as of each Quarterly Valuation Date on or before the third Business Day after such date.

  • However, if a subsequent change to the Access Period meets the Qualifying Minimum Access Period on a Quarterly Valuation Date, the Account Value will be eligible for a credit on that Quarterly Valuation Date.

  • An Access Period that is the length of or more than the Qualifying Minimum Access Period is in effect under the Variable Annuity Payment Option Rider on the Quarterly Valuation Date.

  • As of each Quarterly Valuation Date, the Trust shall determine whether Asset Coverage is met as of that date.

Quarterly Valuation shall have the meaning specified in the Indenture.

Related to Quarterly Valuation

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Quarterly Period means each period of three (3) consecutive months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Merger Valuation Period for any Merger Event means the five consecutive Trading Day period immediately preceding, but excluding, the effective date for such Merger Event.

  • Interest Valuation Date means each date set out in the table below in the column entitled “Interest Valuation Dates”.

  • Measurement Period means, at any date of determination, the most recently completed four fiscal quarters of the Borrower.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • Fiscal Quarters means the period from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30 and October 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • LTM EBITDA means Consolidated EBITDA of the Company measured for the period of the most recent four consecutive fiscal quarters ending prior to the date of such determination for which internal consolidated financial statements of the Company are available, in each case with such pro forma adjustments giving effect to such Indebtedness, acquisition or Investment, as applicable, since the start of such four quarter period and as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Initial Valuation means, when used with reference to specified Collateral, the Valuation initially performed for the Collateral as of the date on which the Collateral was added to the Collateral Pool. The Initial Valuation for each of the Initial Mortgaged Properties is as set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.

  • Quarterly means the 4 inclusive periods from 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September, 1 October to 31 December and in the following year, 1 January to 31 March;
