Quest Operating Rules definition

Quest Operating Rules means the Quest Operating Rules issued by the National Automated Clearing House Association, as amended from time to time.

Related to Quest Operating Rules

  • Operating Rules means the operating rules of a CS Facility regulating the settlement, clearing and registration of uncertificated shares as amended, varied or waived (whether in respect of the Company or generally) from time to time which shall only apply to the Company during the Listed Period;
