quorum for a Committee Meeting means the minimum number of committee members eligible to attend the meeting before a binding decision can be made. That number will be equal to “half of the total number of members eligible to attend the meeting, plus one additional members”. i.e. a committee meeting is scheduled for the association when the organising committee has 12 members, the total number of members in attendance would have to be 7.
