Radioactive wastes definition

Radioactive wastes means wastes which, as a result of being radioactive, are subject to other international control systems, including international instruments, applying specifically to radioactive materials;
Radioactive wastes means material that contains or is contaminated with radionuclides at concentrations or activities greater than clearance levels recommended by the IAEA and for which no use is foreseen; and
Radioactive wastes means radioactive wastes as defined under Ontario Regulation 347 of the Environmental Protection Act, or any successor regulation;
