Rail Safety Regulator definition

Rail Safety Regulator means the chief executive of the department administering the Rail Safety Act.
Rail Safety Regulator means the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator. Railway Manager has the meaning given in the Transport Infrastructure Act. Railway Operator has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Recipient means a Party that receives Confidential Information from the Discloser.
Rail Safety Regulator means the Director. Note for subsection (2)A corresponding law may use the terms "corresponding rail safety law" and "corresponding Rail Safety Regulator". The definitions in subsection (2) are for the purposes of those definitions even though in this Act the terms "rail safety law" and "Rail Safety Regulator" are not used. Instead, "this Act" and "Director" are used.
