Examples of Ranch Declarations in a sentence

  • Section 7.04 Owners and Ground Lessees of that portion of the Leased Tract that is part of the Ranch shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Ranch Agreement and the covenants and restrictions set forth in the Ranch Declarations, to the extent applicable to such portion of the Leased Tract.
