Rare Plant definition

Rare Plant means a state or federally listed plant species that is ranked S3 by the Florida Natural Areas Inventory, consistent with paragraph 253.025(15), Florida Statutes, and is therefore considered as either very rare and local throughout its range in Florida, is found locally within Florida in a restricted range, or is vulnerable to extinction because of other factors. When a plant species has a compound rank such as S2S3 of S3S4, the second listed rank will be utilized for the purposes of this rule.
Rare Plant means any species included on the most recent version of the “Rare Plant List for New Hampshire” maintained by the New Hampshire Natural Heritage Bureau.
Rare Plant means any endangered or threatened plant as recognized by the state of New Jersey.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which (1) a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and (2) while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Surface waters means all waters of the state as defined in G.S. 143-212 except underground waters

  • Combustion turbine means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired device that is comprised of a compressor, a combustor, and a turbine, and in which the flue gas resulting from the combustion of fuel in the combustor passes through the turbine, rotating the turbine.
