Ratable Basis definition

Ratable Basis means the purchase by Customer of one half of the Monthly Minimum Requirement during each half of each Supply Period.
Ratable Basis means, with respect to any Investor, the ratable interest or amount of such Investor determined ratably in accordance with the portion of the Aggregate Convertible Debentures held by such Investor in relation to the total amount of the Aggregate Convertible Debentures held by all Investors collectively.
Ratable Basis means the distribution of Proceeds to Dacotah and EIC based on the proportions of the balances of the Dacotah Obligations and EIC Obligations as to the whole of the Pari Passu Obligations at the time the Proceeds are distributed from time to time. By way of example, if at the time of a distribution of Proceeds, the balance of the Dacotah Obligations is $3,000,000.00 and the balance of the EIC Obligations is $1,000,000.00, Dacotah will receive 75% of the distributed Proceeds and EIC will receive 25% of the distributed Proceeds.

More Definitions of Ratable Basis

Ratable Basis means, ratably based on the ratio of the amount, at issue, owing to a Series Trustee to the Aggregate of such amounts, at issue, owing to all Series Trustees;
