Rate Switch Date definition

Rate Switch Date means the last day of the Floating Rate Interest Period that is current as at the “Effective Date” as defined in the Fifth Supplemental Agreement.
Rate Switch Date means 3rd April, 2023;
Rate Switch Date has the meaning given to that term in Clause 8A.2 (Rate switch definitions).

Examples of Rate Switch Date in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this clause 6.4: LIBO Option B Lender means an Option B Lender that is, or becomes, an Option B Lender prior to the Rate Switch Date.

  • Clause 8 (Interest), Clause 9 (Interest Periods) and Clause 10 (Changes to calculation of interest rates) shall continue to apply to the Loan until the Rate Switch Date.

  • This change of the interest rate benchmark for the Loan will occur on the Rate Switch Date (as defined below).

  • Accordingly, on and from the Rate Switch Date, the Loan will switch from a USD-LIBOR Loan to a Compounded Rate Loan and interest will be calculated by reference to the Compounded Reference Rate as further set out in section 3 (New interest provisions) below.

  • The Lender shall notify the Borrower of the Rate Switch Date for the Loan promptly upon becoming aware of the occurrence of the Rate Switch Date.


More Definitions of Rate Switch Date

Rate Switch Date means the first day of the first Interest Period to commence after 30 June 2023, or any other date agreed as such between the Borrower and the Lender.
Rate Switch Date means the earlier of:
Rate Switch Date means 30 August 2023 or any other date agreed as such between the Owner and the Charterer.
Rate Switch Date has the meaning given to it in Schedule 3. Reference Rate has the meaning given to it in Schedule 3.
Rate Switch Date means in respect of the Loan and Unpaid Sum the earlier of:
Rate Switch Date means, if the Borrowers request a switch from a Compounded Reference Rate to a Term SOFR Reference Rate, the date (which shall be the last day of an Interest Period) on which the Facility Agent, acting in its individual capacity and on behalf and on the instructions of the Lenders, agree in writing that interest under this Agreement should be calculated by reference to the Term SOFR Reference Rate.
Rate Switch Date means the Effective Date or any other date agreed as such between the Borrowers and the Agent acting upon the instructions of the Lenders.
