  • If you are linking a RBC Card to a Petro-Points Account owned by another person, you hereby represent that you have the consent of the Petro-Points Account owner to link your RBC Card.

  • You must be enrolled in RBC Online Banking in order to link your RBC Card to your Be Well Card.

  • You must be enrolled in the RBC Mobile app, RBC Online Banking or RBC Online Banking for Business in order to link your RBC Card to a Petro-Points Account and participate in the Linked Loyalty Program.

  • Any Participating RBC Client is able to redeem Petro- Points using their Linked RBC Card as you would with your Petro-Points card pursuant to the Petro- Points Terms and Conditions.

  • Each time you use your Linked RBC Card to purchase any grade of gasoline or diesel, at any Petro-Canada Location, you will save three cents ($0.03) per litre at the time of the transaction.

  • Except for (i) the fees, taxes and other charges provided for in your RBC Agreements; and (ii) the purchases you make using your RBC Card, your participation in the Linked Loyalty Program is provided to you at no additional cost.

  • It is the responsibility of a Participating RBC Client who links an RBC Card to a Petro-Points Account to ensure that any affected authorized user, secondary business cardholder, employee cardholder or Petro-Points Account owner receives a copy of the Terms as well as any notices that affect the use of the Linked Loyalty Program.

  • Please note that when your RBC Card is linked to a Petro-Points Account, the owner of the Petro-Points Account will be able to see certain transaction information such as the date, purchase amount, and location of your purchases at Petro- Canada Locations.

  • Each time you scan your Be Well Card and pay with your Linked RBC Card, you will earn 50 Be Well points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Rexall Locations.

  • Please note that you will not earn Be Well points on any other purchases made using a Linked RBC Card at any other retailer.

  • Fortis means Fortis Inc.;

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Play Slip or "Bet Slip" means a physical or electronic means by which a player communicates their intended Play selection to the retailer as defined and approved by the Selling Lottery.

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • trader means the party identified as such in this Agreement;

  • Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.

  • CS means the New York State Department of Civil Service. “DOB” shall mean New York State Division of the Budget. “EEO” shall mean Equal Employment Opportunity.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating pharmacy, that provides centralized prescription drug order filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.

  • BMO means Bank of Montreal.

  • BIC means the Bank Identifier Code;

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.

  • ABC means ABC, Inc., a New York corporation and a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Borrower, or any successor thereto.

  • Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;

  • Commercial Bank means a bank, defined as a scheduled bank under section 2(e) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
